嗜水气单胞菌生物被膜形成能力分析及其

摘要:利用扫描电镜观察嗜水气单胞菌强毒株和弱毒株生物被膜的表面结构特征,并且将绿
色荧光蛋白(GFP)表达载体导入菌株中,使用激光共聚焦显微镜观察 GFP 标记的嗜水气
单胞菌体外生物被膜结构特征及形成过程。结果显示,相对于弱毒株,强毒株体外形成的生
物被膜较厚,结构致密,基质覆盖完全。同时,通过分析气单胞菌不同分离株生物被膜形成
能力及其对斑马鱼毒力,结果表明,85%(34/40)的气单胞菌菌株可形成生物被膜,生物
被膜形成能力与菌株的致病性呈明显正相关。

Abstract: In this paper,the biofilm surface structural features of Aeromonas hydrophila virulent and
avirulent strains by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the characteristics of the green
fluorescent protein (GFP)-labled strains were obserced by the confocal laser scanning microscopy
(CLSM). The results showed that the biofilm forming in vitro of the virulent strain was with thicker,
denser structure and pletely covering pared with the avirulent strain. In addition,
the results of biofilm formation ability and virulence of Aeromonas strains to the zabrafish showed that
85% (34/40) could form biofilm, and
