在人力资源开发与管理中,绩效考评是一项重要的基础性工作。考评和激励是调动管理者和员工积极性的重要手段,只有通过科学、公正的考评,才能全面客观地了解员工,只有准确地评估结果才能有针对性地采取措施以调动员工的积极性。受到经营条件、人员素质等方面的限制,中国的中小型服务业如何让探索适合其自身发展的人力资源绩效考评体系是摆在众多中小企业经营者面前的现实问题。目前绩效考评的重要性得到我国企业的普遍认可,很多企业采用了绩效考评系统。但是在一些企业中,绩效考评体系的实施效果并不尽如人意,绩效考评工作中还存在许多问题,本文将结合现代管理学、人力资源管理及其他相关学科的知识,针对金税信会计有限公司绩效考评所存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案。员工绩效考评是人力资源管理实践中最具实际意义工具技术之一,对于企业来讲,建立一套完整、规范的员工绩效考评体系至关重要。由于员工与企业的矛盾和管理上的需求,使得员工绩效考评制度无论现在还是将来都可能是人力资源管理体系的优先考虑的制度。但另一方面,员工绩效考评体系常常也是企业最难设计和操作的环节。因此,探究企业的员工绩效考评体系的设计极具现实意义。
