针对某一事件 For an Event
•复印一定量的工位准备检查单、状况单和对策单(每项操作各一份)。注:复印的表单上不
要一同复上签字。
Make appropriate number of copies (one for each operation) of Workstation Readiness Checklist,
Status, and Countermeasure forms. NOTE: Do not copy signatures on forms
•在每项操作的确认板上张贴工位准备检查单、状态单和对策单。状态单放置在对策单和检
查单前。所有的表单都必须在重大事件发生之前张贴出来。
Post Workstation Readiness Checklist, Status, and Countermeasure sheets on the Certification
Board at each operation. The Status sheet is placed in front of the Countermeasure and
Checklists. These should be posted prior to any major event 填写工位准备检查单,就每项操
作的问题进行是/否回答。
Complete the Workstation Readiness Checklist marking YES/NO answers to questions for each
operation

•完成物料准备检查单,填上每个零件号(直接物料和间接物料),对每个问题用X/O
进行是否回答。
Complete Material Readiness Checklist by posting each part number (direct and indirect)
and marking X/O to each question on the matrix.
•完成工位准备状态单,在每一项前贴上红点/绿点。
Complete Workstation Readiness Status sheet placing RED(X)/GREEN dots on each
item.
•完成工位准备对策单。检查单上每个回答为NO的问题都应反映在对策单上。
Complete Workstation Readiness Countermeasure sheets. Each NO?on the checklist will
be entered as an issue on the countermeasure sheet.

Resolve Production related Readiness issues and report to Group Leader
•确认非生产性问题的解决,并向工段长汇报
Confirm closure of non-production related issues and report to Group Leader
