电火花表面强化过程中的“阳极粘连”现象

摘要通过对 TC1 合金表面强化 WC - Co 过程中的“阳极粘连”现象研究,揭示出电极旋转式电火花表
面强化过程的实质是一种混合冶金过程。由于存在“阳极粘连”现象,电火花强化过程中两极间的放电过程
具有不规律交变放电的特征。上述结论为解释 TC1 合金表面 WC - Co 电火花强化层中存在 TiC 等新相提供
了理论依据。

Abstract The phenomena of“anode - conglutinating”during depositing of WC - Co on TC1 titanium alloy by electrospark
surface strengthening was investigated in present paper. It indicates that the essence of rotating - type electrospark surface strength
ening is a mixed metallurgy process. Alternating discharge between the two electrodes occurs in the course of electrospark surface
strengthening , because the existence of anode - conglutinating. It gives the new evidence why some new phases such as TiC are
generated in the strengthening layer.

电极旋转式电火花表面强化技术是利用电极与基电端头的“阳极粘连”现象。结果
