摘要
本论文介绍了开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD)的构成及其在国际国内的发展状况,对开关磁阻电机的特点和电磁原理进行了阐述,它的优点有结构简单、成本低、损耗小、效率高、可控参数多、控制灵活、起动电流小、起动转矩大。
同时介绍了DSP的发展、特点及应用本文分析了DSP与开关磁阻电机控制器接口电路要求和DSP外围电路接口技术。介绍了SRD的控制方式和本系统所采用的控制策略,讲述了DSP芯片的种类以及各类的作用和应用,随着DSP芯片性能价格比的不断提高,可以预见DSP芯片将会在更多的领域内得到更为广泛的应用。经过多年的发展,DSP产品的应用已扩大到人们的学习、工作和生活的各个方面,并逐渐成为电子产品更新换代的决定因素。
本文还对控制器的硬件电路进行了设计,控制器以TI公司的TMS320LF2407为主控单元,发出相通断信号和PWM信号,实现对功率元件的通断控制。通过控制软件,采用模块化编程,增强了程序的通用性和可读性。
最后给出了硬件原理图和软件结构设计框图,初步尝试用DSP控制芯片作为核心器件实现了开关电动机调速系统。
