在工业生产中,冷库的温度湿度精确自动控制越来越重要,控制要求也在不断提高。结合金针菇培育冷库工程的实际情况,本文从原理和实现上提出了一种冷库控制方法:模糊控制,并设计了模糊控制器加以实现,最后给予simulink仿真,对控制结果进行了验证和改良。
制冷系统具有明显的非线性热力学耦合特性,其控制的难点在于如何消除各自由度之间的耦合程度。基于系统部件数学模型的控制方法难以获得精确、完整同时又可解的控制方程组,此种控制难以获得优良的实际效果。模糊控制方法不依赖与被控对象的精确模型,尤其对冷库制冷系统多变量多输入强耦合系统模糊控制方法的优点更为明显。
本论文采用模糊控制原理对一个培育室房间的温度和湿度进行恒定控制,以风机盘管流量阀和房间加湿器的流量阀为调节对象,通过对系统各输入量的模糊化和给定系统控制表的模糊运算规则,得到系统模糊控制查询表,固化在控制计算机中。在实际系统运行中只需要采样获得冷库环境温度,通过查表的形式得到系统的输出值,从而完成系统的自动控制过程。
通过对模糊控制器仿真运行实验的结果表明,本研究提出的多变量模糊控制方法能够适应冷库制冷系统变负荷和变工况的控制要求,跟踪性能良好、控制精度高、超调小和鲁棒性强的优良特性,其实际应用前景广阔。

ABSTRACT
In refrigerating industry, storage temperature and humidity automatic control precision are more and more important, control requirements are also rising. Based on the actual situation of the project of cold storage of flammulina nurturing, this article applied a new refrigerator control method: fuzzy control, and designed a fuzzy controller. Finally given the simulink simulation, the control results proved verified and improved.
Refrigeration system has obviously nonlinear coupling characteristics of thermodynamics; the difficult of the control is eliminating the coupling between the degree of freedom. Based on the mathematical model of the system to obtain precise control method, but also plete the control equations, the solution to obtain good control effect. With the method of fuzzy control is not rely on the precise model charged object, especially for storage refrigeration system multivariable multi-input strong coupling method of fuzzy control system is more obvious advantages.
