摘 要
步行是人类最古老的交通方式,居民出行的始末都伴随着步行。同时,步行还是具有锻炼、交往、休闲等功能,对步行交通系统的研究不仅仅关系到步行交通系统自身运行效率和质量,还影响到整个城市交通的运行效率和城市环境质量。但以往城市交通规划者对机动交通的规划研究颇为重视,而不重视甚至忽略步行交通规划。导致步行交通与机动交通的冲突日益严重,步行交通的环境逐步恶化,步行者的安全也难以得到保障。目前,由于人们关注城市可持续发展,而提出低碳交通发展理念,步行交通作为低碳交通方式之一也逐渐得到重视。因此,研究步行交通系统,指导步行交通的实践工作,对促进步行交通的发展乃至整个城市低碳交通的发展,都有重要意义。
本文首先论述国内外步行交通系统的研究现状,提出论文研究的技术路线。其次, 深入分析低碳交通理念的内涵与特点,了解低碳交通理念在现代交通发展中的重要意义。并从步行交通在低碳交通体系中所起的作用入手,阐明步行交通的重要作用,明确步行规划的定位。
然后,对步行交通系统的基本理论进行详细论述。包括步行交通系统的含义、构成以及分类等等。通过对影响我国城市步行交通发展的要素进行分析,力求把握规划城市步行交通系统的方向与重点。
在此研究基础的之上,结合我国城市步行系统的现状问题,提出能将低碳理念落实到我国城市步行系统规划的策略。包括步行规划与整个城市规划相协调、步行系统自身
(宏观、微观)规划、步行规划与其他交通方式无缝衔接的规划策略。最后主要运用本文研究的城市步行系统规划策略,结合西安高新区步行交通系统规
划项目进行实践的尝试。结语部分对本文的思路及结论进行系统化的梳理,并提出后续研究的方向。

Abstract
Walking is the oldest travel mode of human being,beginning and end of trip are panied with the walking. Walking also has munication、leisure and other function. It is not only related the walking transportation itself to study the pedestrian traffic,but also affects the efficiency of the whole city transportation and urban environmental with the important role that walking plays in the urban rural living,walking is always neglected by transportation planning engineers. This not only
led to serious conflict between walking and motor traffic, but also make the pedestrians traffic environment worse. In addition, the pedestrians are also hard to get the security. At present people pay attention to the sustainable development of city, so they put forward low carbon traffic development idea and walking as a mode of low carbon traffic also gradually get attention. Therefore, the research on foot traffic system, which can guide the practice of pedestrian traffic work and promote the development of pedestrian
