IBA 对含笑扦插生根影响初探

摘要: 为了解 IBA 对含笑扦插生根的影响,以清水为对照,用吲哚丁酸( IBA) 处理含笑插穗,研究了含笑嫩枝扦
插生根过程中的部分生理生化变化。结果表明:在含笑嫩枝扦插生根的过程中,可溶性总糖含量先上升,后下
降;可溶性蛋白质含量先降低,然后升高,最后又降低;过氧化物酶( POD) 活性先升高,然后降低,最后又升高;多
酚氧化酶( PPO) 的活性急剧降低再积累升高;酚类物质的含量先降低,然后升高,最后又降低趋于相对稳定。这
些物质的动态变化过程,说明了可溶性总糖、可溶性蛋白质、过氧化物酶与生根密切相关,低活性的 PPO 和低含
量的酚类物质,利于含笑插穗生根。IBA 促进了插穗内部生理生化变化的进程,特别是降低了 POD 活性和酚类
物质的含量,进而促进了含笑插穗生根。

Primary study on the effects of IBA to the rooting of Michelia f igo

Abstract : The physiological changes were studied during the M ichelia f igo cutting rooting ,which
were treated by pure IBA , water was control. It was showed that during the cutting rooting the sol
uble protein decreased first and then inicreased ; the activity of POD increased first and then declined
and increased again ; the activity of PPO decreased sharply and then rised ;the phenol contents de
