摘要:本次设计是加工齿轮泵壳体上两孔以及夹具的设计,齿轮泵壳体上有两孔要求加工精度很高,孔有同轴度,位置公差要求,特别是位置公差很小,因次,孔的加工难度大,用一般通用机床和工装很难达到精度要求。这次,从加工方法、刀具、夹具等方面不断改进,较好的解决了这一问题。先将定位孔放在两端面,4小孔加工工序之后,并将4小孔中一对孔精度提高,用于定位,再三道工序加工泵体上两孔,这样加工,使基准重合,定位误差小。设计专用夹具就能充分保证加工精度要求。夹具特点;采用基准重合原则,定位误差销,分度精度高,刀具两端支承,刀具跳动小,加工孔得尺寸精度高,加紧可靠方便。

Abstract:This time design is to process a gear wheel pump whose body with two bore and designing of tongses, gear wheel pump ,there are two bores on the hull body request process accuracy very strict, the bore has together a stalk degree, position business trip request, especially the position business trip be very exatly, therefore, process of bore is difficulty , general in general use tool machine and work pack very difficult attain accuracy request. This time, from process tongs...etc. of the method, knife continuously improvement, more and so work outed this problem. Put fixed position bore first in the both ends noodles, after 4 eyelets process work preface, and 4 eyelet in a rightness bore accuracy exaltation, used for fixed position, repeatedly the way work preface process pump body up two bores, so process, make basis heavy to match, fixed position the error margin be small. Design appropriation tongs ability full assurance process accuracy request. Tongs characteristics;Adoption the basis be heavy to match a principle, fixed position the error margin sell, cent degree accuracy Gao, knife both ends accept, knife jump about small, process bore size accuracy Gao, step up credibility convenience.
