摘要
曲轴是汽车发动机的关键零件之一,其性能好坏直接影响到汽车发动机的质量和寿命。曲轴在发动机中承担最大负荷和全部功率,承受着强大的方向不断变化的弯矩及扭矩,同时经受着长时间高速运转的磨损,因此要求曲轴材质具有较高的刚性、疲劳强度和良好的耐磨性能。然而经过圆角滚压的曲轴,其各方面的性能都能得到很好的提高。
本课题目的在于设计一种进行曲轴圆角滚压的夹具。夹具应首先能够保证曲拐轴线与机床主轴线同轴,消除曲轴结构对曲拐处圆角滚压的限制。其次,当同一侧两个曲拐圆角滚压加工完成后,另一侧相位相差180°的两个曲拐圆角滚压加工开始,这就需要调整偏心夹具的定位基准,以保证新的曲拐轴线继续与机床主轴线同轴。如此反复三次完成对曲拐的圆角滚压加工。为了提高滚压加工效率,要求调整偏心夹具的定位基准必须快速准确地实现。

The Design of Eccentric Fixture of Crank for Fillet Rolling
Abstract
Crankshaft is one of the key parts in the Automotive engine, The quality of performance directly affects the Automotive engine quality and life. Engine crankshaft bears the greatest load nd all power,and bears strong and changing direction’s moment and torque. At the same time,withstand the wear and tear of a long high-speed operation. Therefore,crankshaft material has high stiffness, fatigue strength and good wear resistance. However,after the crankshaft fillet rolling,all aspects of performance can be well improved.
The project aim is to design a fixture for the crankshaft fillet rolling. First,fixture should be able to ensure that the crank axis coaxial with the main axis machine tools. Eliminate the structure of the crank at the crankshaft fillet rolling constraints. Second,when the same side of the two crankshaft fillet rolling process pleted. The other side of the 180 ° phase difference of the two crankshaft fillet rolling process started. This requires adjusting the positioning of the eccentric fixture base. To ensure that the new crank axis to the main axis coaxial with the machine. So,repeated three times plete the crankshaft fillet rolling process. In order to improve the efficiency of rolling process,adjust the positioning of the eccentric fixture must be quick and accurate referenc.
