随着电力系统规模的扩大以及电力企业要求建设国际一流的屯网调度机构,对各级电网调度、行业生产管理系统的适应性和先进性提出了更高的要求?规划建设的调度生产管理系统 DMIS ,能够快速适应运行调度的业务要求F 同时能够适应一些生产业务流程的改进。因此原有的管理模式已很难姓任新形势下的管理任务和生产调度要求。针对这些状况事本文从推进电网调度机构管理的规范化、制度化、标准化、科学化的方面,对建设地区电网调度管理信息系统 DMIS 进行了探讨和研究 F 并且着重浏览对生产管理的研究,所做的工作主要有以下儿个方面:
1、在查阅大量的文献资料的基础上,论述了地区调度管理信息系统的发展现状, 研究了建立 DMIS 系统的关键性技术骨例如面向对象、组件技术等。
2 、结合地区调度管理的实际需求,在对调度职能及管理业务分析的基础上F 提出了地区调皮管理信息系统的建设目标和功能,设计了 DMIS 系统建设的总体框架及地区调度管理所必须的调度运行方式、调度运行、继电保护运行、调度自动化以及办公自动化等业务的功能模块。
3、以面向对象及组件的技术为基础9 研究地区调度管理信息系统的设计模型 F 在进行了大量分析、论证的基础上 F /S 及 B/们的符合地区电网调度管理模式的调度管理信息系统方案 F 并解决了方案中不同功能模块的技术难
题。
4 、在进行系统分析的基础上,将所提出的地区调度管理信息系统的设计方案在肇
庆地调进行了实施。运行实践表明 F 该系统具有技术先进、结构合理、功能强大、界
而友好、易于维护及管理的特点。系统运行良好 F 大幅度的提高了地区电网调度科学管理水平。

ABSTRACT
With the development of power system and the demand of power enterprises to build up the intemational top-rar业ing work dispatching institution,the adaptability and
advance of Dispatch Management Information System(DMIS) is required to be improved. The new DMIS øhould rapidly meet the expectations of dispatching operation and adapt to the amelioration of production process. But the existing management mode is ponent
for the new management and dispatching duties. As a result,this paper discusses the
development of the new generation DMIS to accelerate the standardization and science and especially focuses on the production management function of DMIS. The research work mainly includes the following aspects:
Firstly,the development ,status of DMIS for work are described in this
paper. The key methods such as Object-ωiented and Module technology for setting up DMIS are studied.
Secondly,the t缸'get and the function of DMIS are put forwarded on the basis of
analysis on dispatehing function and manage op町ation .The collectivity frame,the mode of dispatching operation,protective relay running,dispatching automation and OA in
dispatching management of region work are designed.
