99Tcm-BPHA 的肾排泄机制研究
及肾功能显像

=摘要> 目的探讨99Tcm- 二胺乙基丙二胺六乙酸( BPHA ) 的肾排泄机制及临床应用的可能性。
方法用丙磺舒抑制实验确定99T cm- BPHA 的肾排泄机制; 用 C射线测量装置测量一定时间内99Tcm-
BPHA在动物体内的残存率; 用C相机对家兔和正常人进行肾动态显像; 同时进行99Tcm- BPHA 和
99Tcm- DTPA 的对比研究。结果 99Tcm- BPHA 和99Tcm- DTPA 生物学性能相似, 为肾小球滤过型显像剂。
24 h 后99T cm- BPHA 体内残留极少。对家兔和人的显像表明, 肾显影清晰, 排泄迅速。结论自行研
制的99Tcm- BPHA 为一种可满足临床要求的肾小球滤过型显像剂, 可望替代99T cm-DTPA。

=Abstract> Objective T o clarify the renal ex cretion mechanism of 99Tcm- BPHA and the possibility of its
clinical application. Methods The renal excretion mechanism was determined by probenecid inhibition exper-i
ment. The radioactivity remained in the body at different time points pos-t injection was determined by a C-ray de-
termination apparatus equipped with a lead chamber. Renal dynamic imaging with 99Tcm- BPHA was performed on
4 rabbits and 1 normal volunteer using a C- camera. For all the experiments, 99Tcm- DTPA was also examined as a
control agent. Results Similar to 99Tcm- DTPA, 99T cm- BPHA was excreted
