摘要
C 公司在 1983 年建立之初并没有针对战略采购理论的考虑,面对市场的发
展,C 公司为了适应外部采购环境的变化,必须对现行的采购管理流程做出优化,
在供应链管理思想下,最大限度地保障或促进公司战略目标的实现。
本文深入研究和分析了国内外相关专著和文献资料,并进行了大量的资料收集及整理,运用理论及模型对 C 公司采购供应链优化进行了深入分析和总结,并
从采购、供应商管理、战略联盟建立、采购信息化四个方面提出了一套针对 C 公
司的采购管理优化方案。文章通过对 EOQ 模型的研究,建立起了针对 C 公司订
货特点的 EOQ 订货模型。通过对 BSC 平衡记分卡的研究,结合 AHP 法为 C 公
司建立起一套科学完善的供应商评价考核体系。本文借助 Kraljic 矩阵,对 C 公司
战略合作伙伴的选择提出了现实的操作方案,并提出了基于 C 公司业务特点建立
的与供应商之间信息互通的业务信息系统架构。
本文在战略采购思维框架下,通过对 C 公司采购供应链关键流程的优化,降
低 C 公司采购总成本;提高采购流程效率;建立一支符合 C 公司战略发展需求的
高质量供应商队伍;实现供需双方市场信息的自由共享。最终提高 C 公司核心市
场竞争力,达到与战略伙伴的双赢。

Abstract
The strategic sourcing was not considered as an imperative practice in pany
when it was established in 1983. With the market development, pany must
optimize the current procurement process in order to adapt to the changes in
procurement environment. The procurement practices of pany should be
consistent with its strategic objectives.
Through a thorough literature review and in-depth analysis, this thesis presents a way
to optimize the procurement process in pany from four aspects: procurement,
supplier management, strategic partnership and information system. This thesis
establishes an EOQ model for pany to improve the inventory management.
Using BSC and AHP method, prehensive and systematic supplier evaluation
system is proposed. The Kraljic matrix is used to design the supplier and partner
selection system. Furthermore, an information system is built to integrate the suppliers
and pany.
Based on the strategic sourcing theory, this thesis optimizes the key procurement
process in pany. The new process can reduce the procurement cost, increase
process efficiency, form a high quality suppliers’ base, improve the str
