普通高校女生小篮球教学的实验研究
摘要
如今受社会体育环境氛围的影响,篮球运动受到越来越多的女生喜爱。但是由于
篮球在技战术,身体素质等方面均有较高的要求和女生受一些生理,身体素质限制的
原因,使女生在学习篮球过程中感到担忧,既要学习又掌握的不好。学习中没有成功
感和自信,导致女生在对篮球课的教学中学习兴趣降低,课上练习的积极性不高。笔
者通过以领会式教学法作为研究的教学方法,在女生篮球课中采用小篮球教学与标准
篮球教学的比较研究,分析普通高校女生篮球课中使用小篮球与标准篮球教学的优略
异同,进一步得出小篮球作为高校女生篮球选修课教材的可行性,从而为普通高校的
体育教材和体育选修课的课程改革,提高女生对篮球课学习的兴趣提供有力的依据。
本文运用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,通过对普通
高校女生篮球课教学中使用标准篮球与小篮球教学进实验研究,并在教学方法,内容
等方面进行探索。研究表明:(1)在小篮球教学过程中采用领会式教学符合普通高校
女生的身心特征。它促进学生的全面发展,有助于培养学生篮球意识,提高学生篮球
技术的运用能力和篮球比赛中技术应变的能力;真正增强了女生的体质。(2)小篮球
教学形式的应用,提高了女生学习篮球的自信心和成就感,提高了女生在课堂练习中
的兴趣和参与度,女生更愿意积极主动的投入到学习和练习中来。(3) 小篮球教学
形式的应用,促进了女生自主锻炼的能力,同时也为女生终身体育的养成奠定了基础。
本文针对高校女生篮球课的教学实践中存在的问题,提出了一些相应的建议。

ordinary university female student
Abstract
In the present under the social sports environment atmosphere's influence, more and
more female students is willing to participation positively takes as an elective in the
basketball class. But as a result of the basketball in the technique and tactics, aspects and
so on physical quality has the high request and the female student some physiologies, the
physical quality limit's reason, causes in female student's both to feel unfamiliar in
basketball class study and feels worried, also must study grasps is not good. In the study
has not eeded the feeling and self-confident, causes the female student in the study
interest to reduce to the basketball class teaching, in the class practices the enthusiasm is
not high. The author prehends the type teaching method to take the research
