加快大连建设资源节约型城市的思考

摘要:随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,大连市所面临的资源和环境压力越来越大,加快建设资源节约型社
会是落实科学发展观、统筹人与自然和谐发展的必然要求。如何转变经济增长方式、发挥政府职能作用,加快建设资
源节约型大连,实现经济的可持续增长,对“辽宁沿海经济带”建设和东北老工业基地振兴具有十分重要的意义。
关键词:节约型经济;经济增长方式;可持续发展

Thinking of Quickening Building Resource-saving City of Dalian

Abstract:With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the stress of resources and
environment weights more and more heavily. Accelerating development of resource-saving society is the
need of the scientific concept of development and harmonious development between man and nature.
Changing of the ways to achieve economic growth, exerting governmental function, accelerating re-
source-saving city of Dalian construction and realizing economy sustainable development are of great
significance for Liaoning coastal economic belt construction and North-east old industrial bases vitaliza-
tion.
