取种转盘式马铃薯播种机的设计
摘要
本文设计了一台双行马铃薯播种机,该机采用人工辅助,转盘式取种方式,可播种不规则的薯种块,且播种过程中种块不存在破损或者被卡滞的现象。该机可依次完成开沟、施肥、播种和覆土的功能。
本文重点对排种器的链式变速传动装置进行了详细的设计计算,因为该播种机排种器的动力来源于播种机上的地轮,故其传动比的大小决定着播种的株距;同时,为了避免排种器变速传动装置的冗余,在两取种盘之间引入了同步带传动;通过改变排肥链轮布置的位置避免了排肥量调节范围过大对链条磨损的影响;施肥、播种开沟器合为一体,除能调节开沟深度外,还能在一定范围内调节种肥之间的垂直距离;该机取种口处设有间歇振动推种机构,以促使薯种适时滚入排种盘。

Design of Potato Planter Picking Up Seeds By Turntable
Abstract
A two-row seeder , which can pick up the seed-lumps of irregular potatoes by the way of turntable under artificial without the phenomenon of the lumps were damaged or jammed, was designed .And this machine plete ditching, fertilizing, sowing and earth covering sequentially .
The focuses of this paper located on the detailed design and calculation in the speed changing device of chain. The ratio of transmission between horizontal disc and land wheel on the planter determines the spacing in the rows because of the power source to. Synchronous belt drive was brought in between two horizontal disc, in order to avoid the redundancy of the speed changing device; The location of chain wheel for fertilizing was altered to prevent abnormal abrasion wear caused by the regulating of fertilizer discharging in the large .The opener of fertilizing and seeding were designed together as one, which of that furrow depth can be regulated as well as the vertical distance between fertilizer and seeds in a certain range.
