Acknowledgements
During my three years of graduate study in China University of Political Science
and Law, I have harvested one of the most precious and invaluable experiences in my
life. I have been furnished with the most practical and professional knowledge, and
also with the essential and indispensable skills municate and cooperate with
others on account of the kind help of my teachers, friends and family.
First and foremost, I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to Professor
Qi Jun, my mentor, for her intellectual guidance and her kind encouragement in my
learning, studies and life. She is the most respected person for me in Graduate School.
I always stand in awe in front of her gentle yet strict style in teaching, her extensive
knowledge in English and in law, and her personal road to ess. She is a life-time
example for me, and will be a lasting sweet memory in my mind.
I am also deeply indebted to Madam Zhang Qingna, and Madam Liu Ting.
Without their help, I could not pleted my graduate studies here. I would also
like to thank Professor Li Li, Professor Sha Lijin, Chairman Zhao Yunpeng, Professor
Huang Yisi, Professor Liu Yanping, and other members of faculty at our school. I will
always rem
