摘要
电子病历是医疗健康信息个性化发展的趋势。病历作为患者信息的载体,集中反映了患者的诊断治疗过程,电子病历是数字信息化的病历,它不仅包括静态病历信息,还提供相关服务,实现患者信息的采集、加工、存储、传输和服务。
Ajax是一种新兴热门的网络技术,它将JavaScript和XML技术结合在一起,每次调用新数据时,无需反复跳转页面,而是采用异步通信的方式向服务器请求数据,使用DOM更新页面中变更的数据,显著提升了界面的响应速度,给客户一个很好的使用体验。
本文基于Ajax技术设计并实现了医院信息管理系统中的电子病历模块。该论文首先是对电子病历产生的背景、使用意义、现状及趋势进行分析阐述;然后,对系统实现所采用的关键技术Ajax进行分析;接着对电子病历进行了系统分析,详细分析了其系统需求,以及各模块需要达到的要求,并对系统的设计进行了分析;最后详细阐述了系统各部分的具体实现,包括住院电子病历、门诊电子病历、日志的管理和数据的相关操作。

Abstract
Electronic medical records are the development trend of personalization for medical and health information. Medical records are vectors of patient information, which reflect the process of diagnosis and treatment for patients. Electronic medical records are the records of digital information, which includes all the information on paper medical records. Electronic medical records medical record not only static information, but also the provision of related services, thus it can achieve the patient information’s collection, process, storage, transport and services.
Ajax is a new and hot Web development technology. bines JavaScript with XML technology, and it can improve response time because the system needn’t redirect page after user transfers some new data. It can request date from server through munication and use DOM to renew those changed data on the page, which can give users have a good experience.
This dissertation introduces the realization of electronic medical records of medical information management system based on Ajax technology. First of all it describes the background, usage, status and trends of electronic medical records. Then it analyses the key technology, Ajax technology.
