摘要
本设计为J市污水处理厂设计,本厂包括污水二级处理和全部污水再生回用两部分。,污水主要来源为生活污水和工业废水,主要污染物质是BOD、COD 、SS 、TN、NH3-N、TP,适宜采用生化处理方法。
城市污水处理工艺设计出水满足城镇污水处理污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级B标准。
再生回用工艺设计,将城市污水处理厂全部二级出水的80%作为原水,进行深度处理回用于工业冷却用水和其他用水。
根据进水水质,二级处理和回用部分各选择两套设计方案。方案一与方案二的预处理部分均为原污水—中格栅—污水提升泵房—细格栅—曝气沉沙池。方案一的二级处理为奥贝尔氧化沟工艺,深度处理工艺流程采用曝气生物滤池—机械搅拌澄清池—虹吸滤池。方案二的二级处理为A2/0工艺,深度处理工艺流程采用曝气生物滤池—高密度沉淀池—V型滤池。经过技术经济比较,结合污水来源的水质特征,确定采用奥贝尔氧化沟选用方案一为优选方案。
本设计包含污水处理工艺流程的确定,工艺流程中各单体的计算,施工图纸的绘制等。本工程的实施将显著改善受纳水体水质,同时间接产生经济效益,促进经济可持续发展。

Abstract
This design is for sewage disposal and recycling plant in L city. This design program has been separated two parts: one is for sewage disposal, the other is for water recycling.
The sewage disposal plant will be able to purify 52,000m3/d in scale.,and the main sources of sewage are domestic sewage and industrial wastewater。The major pollutants are COD 、SS 、TN、NH3-N、TP,and the sewage treatment technology is suitable for the biochemical treatment method.
According to water quality of influent and effluent, two design programs have been One and Option Two of Parts are Raw sewage-the grill-sewage lift pump-fine grid-aerated grit Ⅰof second treatment is Orbal Oxidation Ditch process of the advanced treatment is as follows:BAF-mechanical stirring clarifier-Siphon Filter. designⅡof second treatment is A2/ 0 technology process of the advanced treatment is as follows:BAF-high density sedimentation tank-V-filter .parision in ecolomy and technique, and According to the water quality characteristics of the wastewater sources. The design uses Orbal oxidation ditch sewage treatment process, DesignⅠis choosen as the prior program.
