摘要
在信息时代的今天,计算机参与企业日常业务管理已成为企业现代化建设的
当务之急。合同管理作为企业日常业务管理的一项重要内容,其信息化管理也将
构成企业现代化建设的重要组成部分。
本文根据新疆克拉玛依石化公司合同管理的工作流程、管理规范以及技术标
准,对《克拉玛依石化公司合同管理信息系统》从系统需求分析、系统可行性分
析到系统功能等进行了设计,对系统网络实现方案及系统实施技术作出了选择,
提出了系统环境要求及保证系统高效运行的措施,明确了编程思想,为更好地完
成系统开发奠定了基础。并且对系统的功能及其使用进行了阐述,结合系统需求
分析对系统功能和实施效果给予了客观的评价,论证了系统设计的合理性。
本文的研究工作在借鉴同类管理信息系统和克拉玛依石化公司合同管理的实
际情况和具体要求,进行了有益的探索和研究。所设计的系统在实际应用中,对
于提高合同审批的效率、降低企业管理成本、科学高效地管理合同信息、增加透
明度、提高管理监督能力、有效防范和控制合同风险有着非常积极的作用。

ABSTRACT
In this information age, computer supported business manage system has ing
more and more important for modern corporations. As a ponent of business
management, how to manage business contracts is accordingly an important module for
modern business management.
This paper describes the design of the ‘Contract Information Management System’,
based on job flow, manage criterion and technique standard of the Karamay
pany contract management. An choose of work
implementation is also given to make sure that the system can be running in a more
efficient environment. This paper laid the foundation for the ess development of
system, analyzes the specification and the feasibility of the system implementation.
After referencing existing information management system, and taking into
consideration of Karamay pany's practical conditions, we made valuable
research and investigation on the contract management system. The final deployed
system has been proved to be very useful in a series of aspects, including: improving
contract approval efficiency, saving the cost of business management, scientifically
manage contract information, improve the transparentivity of contract management,
enhance the scrutinization ability, and prevent the risk brought with contracts, etc.
