基于供应链的荆门石化供应商选择研究

摘要
荆门石化是中国石油化工集团下属的特大型企业。随着市场竞争日益激烈,企业
之间的竞争在很大程度上转变成了供应链与供应链之间的竞争。供应商优化选择是建
立供应链战略性合作关系的基础,科学合理地选择供应商,既是荆门石化运营正常进
行的基础和保证,又关系到整个供应链的效率和企业竞争力,不良供应商的选择对企
业竞争力有着极大的风险。
本文采用理论分析与应用研究、定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,综合运用供
应链管理的理论和方法,对荆门石化的供应商选择进行了较为系统的研究。
本文首先综述了供应链管理和基于供应链的供应商选择的基本理论。然后阐述了
当前荆门石化的采购管理和供应商选择现状,分析了荆门石化原有供应商选择模式存
在的问题,认为原有的评价指标体系不够全面、系统,评价方法不科学,没有从整体
的供应链角度考虑,而且没有供应商的参与。本文在分析的基础上重新设计了荆门石
化供应商优化选择模型,建立了完善的、全面的选择评价指标体系,同时采用成本分
析法,层次分析法(AHP)和线性规划法相结合的定量方法对荆门石化的供应商评选
进行了应用分析。最后对新的供应商优化选择模型进行了运行评估和总结。

Abstract
Jingmen plex is pany in SINOPEC. As market
competition with globalization, dynamics es fiercer than ever before. Uncertainties in
economy and customers are increasing quickly, at the same time high-tech growing fast.
How to face this challenge situation is depending mostly on their supply chains. And the
first problem to resolve in constructing the supply chain is the supplier selection. Supplier
selection is a basis to establish strategic and cooperative supply chain relation, select
supplier rationally support operate normally, as well as related to effectiveness of whole
supply chain petitiveness pany. Bad supplier selection make serious risk to
company’petitiveness.
Qualitative and quantitative analytic method with supply chain theory are used in
this paper to study the supplier selection in Jingmen plex.
The paper firstly introduce the basic theory of supply chain management and supplier
selection based on supply chain, present supplier selection process based on supply chain,
and talk about popular qualitative and quantitative analytic method. And then describe
present purchase management and supplier selection in Jingmen plex.
Analyze the existed problem, design the new optimal selection model for Jingmen
plex, and then establish perfect prehensive evaluation index
