关于成都铁路局机务企业文化建设的研究

摘要
本文通过对企业文化的研究,阐述了企业文化对企业的影响,结合成都铁路
局机务企业的现状,分析了机务企业文化的历史背景,经过问卷调查和访谈交流,
采用“雷射图”的形式,直观地显示了当前机务企业文化中存在的诸多问题,从而根
据企业文化建设的工作流程和工作步骤,提出了以安全为中心的机务企业建设的
架构设计,由企业理念系统、企业制度系统、企业行为系统、企业物质系统组成,
对企业安全文化理念系统的主要元素企业宗旨、企业精神、企业价值观、企业经
营理念、企业管理理念等进行了定义。同时结合本人在机务企业长期的工作实践,
针对如何建设以安全为中心的机务企业安全文化,提出了实施铁路机务企业安全
文化的四项具体措施:(一)企业制度文化建设是实施机务企业安全文化的核心;(二)
一个强有力的领导团队是实施机务企业安全文化的主体;(三)和谐的企业文化氛围
是实施机务企业安全文化建设的必要条件;(四)建立有效的分配激励机制是实施机
务企业安全文化建设的物质基础。

ABSTRACT
Through the research of enterprise culture, this thesis expounded the influence of
enterprise culture to enterprise. Integrating the actuality of railway otive service
enterprises, it analyzed the history background of otive service enterprises’
culture and displayed many problems existing now in otive service enterprises’
culture directly through Laser-figure via questionnaire query and discussion
communication. Thereby, we brought forward the structure design of otive service
enterprises construction which centered on security according on work-flow and work
steps of enterprise culture contribution. The prises of Enterprise Concept
System, Enterprise Institutional System, Enterprise Action System and Enterprise
Matter System. At the same time, it defines main elements of enterprise security culture
concept system, including enterprise , enterprise spirit, enterprise value, enterprise
business concept and enterprise management concept. Integrating my long time work
practice in otive service enterprises, focusing on how to contribute otive
service enterprises security culture that centers on security, we brought out specific
measure on implementing otive service enterprises security culture:
1. The contribution of enterprise institutional culture is the core;
2. Having a Strong and powerful leader team is the principal part;
