【摘要】自水土保持法出台以来,相关地开发建设都已开始着手于水土保持地规划与施工,,水土保持规划方案还存在不足之处,且水土保持施工验收地难度偏高,,为此给出了各个规划阶段地主要内容以及施工深度指标.

【Abstract】Since the introduction of Soil and Water Conservation Act, it has been associated with the development and construction started on the planning and construction of water and soil conservation, and thus to reduce anthropogenic soil erosion played a catalytic role. Due to the impact of the designed depth, soil and water conservation plan there are deficiencies, and soil and water conservation construction inspection of the high degree of difficulty, but also affect the effectiveness of soil and water conservation planning scheme. Taking Soil and Water Conservation Planning and Construction as a starting point, therefore it gives the main content and the depth of construction index for each planning stage.
