【摘要】本文对矿井型大型重介选煤厂动力配电系统设计中,常存在的各种现象进行全面分析,提出在全厂动力配电系统设计审查时应重点关注的几个问题,对于完善选煤厂动力配电系统设计,保障全厂供电全面、安全、可靠,促进整个系统稳定运行,具有较大的现实指导意义。

【Abstract】This prehensively analyses various phenomena, which exists in the power distribution’s design of the large heavy coal mine type’s coal preparation plant. And gives several suggestions we should pay more attention to the design review of the entire plant’s power distribution system, those suggestions have significance practical guidance for improving the design of the power distribution system in the coal preparation plant, ensure prehensive, security, reliable power supply of the entire plant, and promote a steady operation of the system.

0 引言
选煤厂动力配电系统设计中,经常存在因洗选工艺复杂、各车间机电设备数量众多,出现诸如低压电机回路断路器容量与电机实际功率不符、低压配电回路或电机回路设计考虑不全等问题;动力配电设备采购订货前,建设单位与设计单位未对设计图纸详细审查,从而导致设备安装时出现某电机回路、配电回路无法正常运行等等。因此,在动力配电设备订货前,对全厂动力配电系统设计进行全面、细致审查尤为重要。
1 选煤厂动力配电系统设计经常存在的现象
大型重介选煤厂洗选工艺复杂,筛分、洗选、浓缩、压滤、储装运等各环节机电设备数量多;设计单位负责动力配电系统设计与负责洗选工艺设计的相关设计人员必须要及时沟通、密切协作,才能比较好的完成设计;否则就会出现各类设计问题。比如某矿240万吨/年重介选煤厂,其全厂各类大
