使用光学高温计,对熔炼过程中的液态金属的温度进行系统地测量
To use the pyrometer to detect the temperature of the melting metal.
光学高温计测温的可靠性通过热电偶校温来保证 ;
The reliability of the pyrometer is determined by TC calibration
热电偶测量的温度为标准值
The temperature detected by the TC is the standard value.
1-开始操作
为了光学高温计测量的可靠和正确,必须遵守的条件
The following issues must be abided to insure that the validity and reliability.
1. 保护窗干净(每班开始前都要检查).如果被污染,请用无尘纸清洁.
1. Before the start of the each shift, check the protecion glass .If it is dirty,please use the airlaid paper to clean it.
2. 氩气为流通状态(每次开始前都要检查).
2. Insure that the flow of the argon ( before the start of the operation )
,维持功率不在9~16KW内,请立刻检查观察窗是否干净或未受损害,并做相应的清洁和更换。处理完毕后,用热电偶校温。
3. If the MF holding power before casting is out of 9~16 KW, please check whether the sight galss is still clean or not damaged. After cleaning or changing it , the TC calibration must be done at once.
4. 除第一次校温,切换流程或有异常发生,原则上温度差异不应超过4度,否则请先调查原因后再继续;
4. Except of the first calibration every day change of the process, and abnormal accident happened, the delta T between the pyrometer and thermocouple should be less than 4 degree. Or you should first find the reason and go on the production.
5. 如有烫疤,黑影(无法去除),请立即更换,并做好跟踪记录,待于质量,工艺部确认后,再决定其是否可用。
