达克罗涂液制备中金属粉混合工艺的研究

摘要: 为提高达克罗涂层的性能,在制备达克罗涂液时,对金属粉进行混合工艺处理。介绍了金属粉混合处
理工艺,研究了混粉处理前后粉末性能指标以及所得达克罗涂层的性能。结果表明,混合处理后的粉末,颜色呈现均
匀的银灰色,粉体的松装密度降低,比表面积增大,2 种粉的漂浮值趋于一致。粉末易润湿分散,水面遮盖力提高到
6 000 cm2/ g。混合处理后的粉末配制的达克罗涂液易分散,搅拌时间短、抗降沉性好、遮盖力强。达克罗涂层耐盐雾
腐蚀时间延长,抗腐蚀性能显著提高。

Abstract : To improve properties of dacromet coatings , a mixture process of metal powders was adopted in the
preparation of dacromet solutions. The mixture process of metal powders was introduced , and the properties of metal pow
