1号办公楼清单编制与报价
摘要
设计内容包括手算和电算两部分,其中工程两部分手算,投标报价部分用广联达软件完成,具体内容如下:

⑴完成该工程基础层、四层、屋面层的建筑工程、装饰装修工程全部工程量计算,
⑵完成该工程基础层、四层、屋面层的钢筋算量工作。要求算量误差≤3%。
⑶措施项目:完成该工程基础层、四层、屋面层模板、脚手架以及其他所有的措施费
⑷编制其他项目清单、规费和税金

⑴按照GB50500-2013的规定,用软件编制以上部分的招标工程量清单。
⑵按照广东省建筑与装饰工程综合定额(2010),用软件编制以上部分的工程量清单报价。

ABSTRACT
Design content includes both by hand puter, two break up, including engineering tender offer visionbank by using software plete, the concrete content is as follows:
1. The hand count part
(1) plete the engineering foundation layers, four layers, roof layer of construction engineering, decoration engineering quantity calculation,
(2) plete the construction base layer, four floors, roof layer reinforcement amount of work. Required to calculate the amount error of 3% or less.
(3) measures project: base layer, four floors, roof layer plete the project template, scaffold and all of those measures
(4) other project listing, fees and taxes
2. Computer parts
(1) according to the regulation of GB50500-2013, using software pile the above part of the tender bill of quantities.
(2) according to the guangdong province construction and decoration prehensive norm (2010), more than part of the bill of quantities quotation with software.
