城市住区的生态策略

为中心的住区规划思想;并利用科学技术手段形成城市住区的生态环保效应;在智能化管理、高质量的设施

ECOLOGICAL TACTICS OF URBAN HOUSING ESTATE

Abstract : The strategy of sustainable development should be observed in the construction of an urban housing estate with
integral ecological architectural outlook established. The concept of housing plan is formed by taking the environment as the
center , bining characteristics of climate and a region. The eco environmental effect of an urban housing estate can
be produced by science and technology. Whose ecological tactics are prehensively through an implement of
intelligent management and high quality , so as to getting an ideal environment of the eco housing estate.

“衣、食、住、行”是人类的基本需求,城市作为人持续发展的原则是通过生态思想和技术落实到人为
类社会的产物,已有几千年的发展历史,早在古希腊环境建设上的,注重环境是生态城市住区的一个突
时代,苏格拉底就提出了利用太阳的热量来保持房出特点(图 2) 。
屋冬暖夏凉的设想,希腊人根据这一设想在奥林萨
斯建造了一座太阳城,城内街坊布局规整,所有主要
房间均可获得南向阳光(图 1) 。我国古代先民在北
方黄土地建起的窑洞建筑,更是一种充分利用自然
环境优势的生态建筑,人们选择向阳、避风、平坦和
干燥的土地安家落户,即符合“风水”规律,又因地制
