摘要
威胁现代人类健康的主要疾病为富贵病,其基本根源为不良生活方式,包括不合理膳食结构。
这种不合理膳食结构的主要缺陷之一就是膳食纤维不足。全球对膳食纤维和富贵病的研究已
经很长时间,但实际应用成果甚微。就其原因,除了消费者的惰性等原因外,缺乏口感良好
的优质膳食纤维是一个客观原因。
魔芋葡甘聚糖是一种健康功能完整、口感良好的优质膳食纤维,是富贵病的克星。以魔芋葡
甘聚糖广泛改造传统饮食,改造国民饮食结构,保障膳食纤维的足量摄入,是防治富贵病的
有效途径。

Abstract
Poor life style, including irrational diet, lack of dietary fiber in particular, is the basic cause of
diseases of affluence that constitute the major threat to human health in modern society.
Tremendous efforts have been made in the research of dietary fiber and diseases of affluence but
effective application has been minimal. While reluctance to accept on the part of consumers may
be part of the reason, lack of quality dietary fiber plete health values and satisfactory mouth
feel is perhaps a more important practical problem to be addressed if we are to make real move on
this issue.
Konjac annan (KGM), a quality dietary fiber plete health values as defined by
plus pleasant mouth feel, can fight effectively diseases of affluence. Massive application of
KGM to reformulate traditional foods so as to guarantee sufficient intake of dietary fiber provides
the real solution for prevention and treatment of diseases of affluence.
