超声浸渍法制备吗啉催化剂及其催化性能

摘要:以经过预处理的活性氧化铝为载体,铜、镍为主要活性组分,锌、镁为催化剂助剂,分别采用常规浸渍
法和超声浸渍法制备 Cu-Ni-Zn-Mg/Al2O3 负载型吗啉催化剂,通过 ICP、XRD、BET 和 SEM 等手段对催化剂的
理化性质进行表征,将所制得的催化剂应用于二甘醇(DEG)气相法连续合成吗啉的反应中评价其催化活性。
结果表明:相比于常规浸渍法,超声辅助浸渍法制备的吗啉催化剂具有更大的比表面积,其主要活性组分铜和
镍的负载量增大并能更好地分散于载体中,催化剂活性明显提高。在反应温度 230℃、压力 、二甘醇空
速 −1、氨醇比 5∶1 时,新方法二甘醇的转化率达到 %,吗啉收率达到 %,比传统法二甘醇的转
化率提高了 %,吗啉的收率提高了 %。

Abstract:Cu-Ni-Zn-Mg/Al2O3 catalyst for morpholine synthesis was prepared by impregnation with
and without ultrasonic treatment while the activated alumina used as the carrier,copper and nickel as
the main ponents,and zinc and magnesium as catalyst additives. The physicochemical
properties and microstructure of the catalyst were analyzed b
