摘要:人力资源,特别是人才资源,是企业的最重要资源,是企业核心竞争力的源泉。企业要想在激烈的国际国内竞争中求生存,谋发展,必须正视以往人力资源开发工作的弊端和不足,树立“以人为本”、“人才资本”、“人才层别”、“人才差别”、“人才开发”与“人才国际化”等新理念,建立健全用人机制、留人机制、激励机制、培训机制、人才引进机制和流动机制,科学制定规划,明确领导责任,加强队伍建设,加大投资力度,多方合作,形成合力,才能为企业吸纳、留住和用好人才,促进企业不断发展壮大。因此,企业要在竞争中立于不败之地,一个极其重要和十分关键的因素,就是必须拥有一支高素质的职工队伍和一大批优秀人才。可以说,当前和今后一个时期,企业间的竞争,国际国内的竞争,归根结底就是人才的竞争。而人才的竞争也就必须加强和搞好人力资源的开发工作,其已摆在企业面前的一项长期而艰巨的任务。

Therefore, If enterprises want in petition Invincible, an extremely important and crucial factor is the need to have a high-quality workforce and a large number of talents.
