摘要:当代食品安全问题已引起人们的极度重视,食品包装是现代食品工业的最后一道工序,它起着保护产品质量和卫生,不损失原始成分和营养,方便贮运的重要作用。食品包装材料是食品安全控制的重要环节,包装材料中的有害物质迁移会直接威胁到食品,导致食品不安全。尤其是塑料在我们的生活中起到的作用愈发显著,人类社会对塑料的使用,从数量上范围上可谓是空前绝后。塑料袋等塑料制品的使用,方便了大家的生活,但是,由于塑料包装材料与食品直接接触,其中的有害物质迁移会直接威胁到食品,导致食品不安全,近年来引起了人们的广泛关注。本文主要综述了来源于塑料食品包装材料的安全风险。

Abstract: Contemporary food safety problem has aroused people's extreme packaging is the last procedure of the modern food plays an important role in protection products quality and health and no loss of position and nutrition and shipping packaging material is an important link of the food safety materials of harmful substance, the migrating will direct threat to food and lead to food plastic plays a more significant role in our human society to the use of plastic may be said is unique from the number on the scope of usages of the plastic bags and plastic products are easy to people's ,due to plastic packaging materials have a direct contact to food,the migrating of the harmful substance in plastic packaging materials will direct threat to food and lead to food recent years,it has attracted public widespread paper reviews the safety risk from plastic food packaging materials.
