固定资产信息管理系统是专门用于企事业单位处理固定资产业务,收集、存储、传
输和加工各种有关固定资产会计数据,输出固定资产信息,并将其反馈给各有关部门,
为企业的经营活动和决策活动提供帮助,为投资人、债权人、政府部门提供财务信息的
系统。随着电子计算机和网络技术的迅猛发展,现代社会随之步入了信息社会。电子计
算机技术和固定资产信息处理的结合,使固定资产信息系统发生了革命性的变化,不仅
带给了固定资产信息系统操作工具上的变革,还带来了固定资产管理体制和制度上的革
新。
针对目前企业中存在的问题,如对一些企业缺乏对传统手工处理固定资产信息模式
的改造、会计人员对现代固定资产信息系统知识以及固定资产信息系统构建知识的缺乏
等问题,本文从固定资产信息系统的基本知识出发,由浅到深地介绍了固定资产、固定
资产信息系统的基本概念、功能模块以及各个功能模块的设计,这是整个固定资产信息
系统构建的基础。同时,本文也对固定资产管理信息系统的实现进行了详尽的阐述。
固定资产在企业总资产中所占比重很大,正确地、快速准确地核算和严格地管理企
业固定资产对企业的生产经营具有重大的意义。因此,文章用较大的篇幅完成了对固定
资产管理系统的设计,并实现了固定资产中的计提折旧功能。
