XX中小企业人力资源管理对策研究

摘要:中小企业已经成为我国经济构成中的重要组成部分,据统计GDP的50%以上,70%以上的岗位都由中小企业提供。但是人力资管管理作为决定企业成败的一个关键因素,长久以来在绝大多数中小企业中没有得到足够的重视,已成为制约中小企业可持续成长的一个瓶颈。因此,从人力资源的新特点以及中小企业的基本特征出发,针对其人力资源管理过程中存在的主要问题提出相应的对策,来不断完善人力资源管理制度,提高人力资源管理水平是本文的研究内容。

Abstract:SMEs in the economy now has e an important part position, according to statistics more than 50% of GDP, munity for more than 70% of jobs are from small and medium enterprises. However, management of human resources management as a key deciding factor in the ess or failure has long been in the majority of SMEs do not get enough attention, has restricted the sustainable growth of SMEs as a bottleneck. Therefore, human resources, new features and basic characteristics of SMEs, human resources management for its major problems during the countermeasures proposed in this paper is the research content.
