随着中国加入WT0以及纺织品配额的逐步减少,绿色壁垒这一非关税壁垒逐渐成为发达国家对我国纺织品出口设置的主要贸易障碍。我省纺织品主要出口国家制定出了一系列相关的严格的环保法规,并采取了严格的环保措施。如何认清现在所存在的问题,是目前我省纺织品行业亟待研究和探讨的一大课题。文章论述了绿色壁垒在浙江省纺织品外贸中的演进及绿色壁垒环境下浙江省纺织品外贸发展所面临的问题;分析了绿色壁垒对浙江省纺织品外贸的影响;针对浙江省纺织品外贸的发展概况和现状,提出相应的对策;最后对浙江纺织品外贸的发展前景进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
With China's accession to WTO and the textile quotas gradually to reduce, green barriers of non-tariff barriers which set up by the developed countries gradually e the main barriers of China's textile exports. The countries which our textile mainly to export had formulate a series of correlate environmental protection laws and regulations, and had taken strict environmental protection measures. To recognize the problem which existence at the moment is the need of Zhejiang’s textile industry to study and exploration of a topic. The article describes the evolution of the green trade barriers in modity foreign trade in Zhejiang and discusses the problems we’re faced during the development;then, analyzes the impact of green barriers to the textile es up with the general conditions and actuality, discusses with the corresponding countermeasures of Zhejiang textile; Finally, looks ahead the future of modity foreign trade in Zhejiang province.
