摘要:随着我国城市化建设进程脚步的加快,作为一种集住宅、办公、商场、会所为一体的大型住宅小区日渐增多,由于人民生活水平的提高,对居住品质也有了新的更高的要求。就给排水专业而言,作为居住小区设计的重要一环,也要相应适应新形势新要求,要为现代物业管理提供必要的条件,这就要求有相应的基础配套工程,而作为小区建设主要基础配套工程之一的给水排水管道工程,而室外给排水管道工程又直接关系到建筑中设施正常使用,如何选取数据和计算,将直接关系到小区开发建设的经济效益和社会效益,因此必须合理正确地加以设计,从技术可行性、经济合理性等层面综合。

Abstract:Along with our country city to change construction process to accelerate the pace, as a set of residential, office, shopping malls, office as one of the large residential area growing, due to the improvement of people's living standard, the quality of living also has a new and higher requirements. Water supply and drainage professional, the residential district design is important one annulus, also be adapt to the new situation and new requirements of modern property management, to provide the necessary conditions, this requires a corresponding infrastructure project, and as munity in the construction of major infrastructure projects of water supply and drainage pipeline project, and the outdoor water supply and drainage pipeline engineering and directly related to the construction of facilities to normal use, how to select the data and calculations, will be directly related to the area development and construction of economic benefits and social benefit, so it must be reasonable and proper design, from the technical feasibility, economic rationality prehensive consideration.
