针对目前消费者表现出对汽车产品的个性化需求,本文主要探讨了满足顾客要求的小批量生产的质量控制方法。
首先,简述了小批量生产质量控制的研究现状,对当前制造模式下多品种小批量生产的质量控制应用情况和存在的主要问题进行了研究;通过分析小批量生产的特点,得出了传统的休哈特控制图难以应用在小批量生产条件下进行质量控制的结论。
再次,从质量控制的角度,系统地阐述了当前学术界和工业界里对小批量生产过程中的质量控制方法研究取得的成果,并提出具有代表意义的5种小批量生产过程中的质量控制方法。例如:利用历史数据和相似信息等先验信息,采用单值回归预测法等。
然后,论文对目前应用于汽车制造过程中的质量控制方法进行了归纳和总结,阐述了目前用于汽车制造业的4种控制方法,例如:逆向工程在汽车质量控制中的应用、计算机辅助检测与质量控制系统、柔性化生产线的应用以及质量追溯系统。
在总结以前研究成果的基础上,作者结合汽车的生产特点,提出了适合于汽车零部件小批量生产过程中的质量控制方法。论文最后对全文进行了总结,并对进一步需要研究和探索的问题提出了建议。

Aim at consumer to express a characteristic need for car product currently, this text mainly inquiried to contented the customer request of the small batch quantity produce of the quality control a method.
Firstly, made a research on the application circumstance and existent key problem of the quality control that many batch quantities with small specieses produce at present make mode . It got to traditional control diagram hard application quality control under the sistuation that the small batch quantity produce by analyses the characteristics of small batch quantity produce.
Sencondly,It systematically elaborated the result current academic circles and industrial circles research quality control method within small batch quantity production at a angle of quality control. and put forward 5 representative kinds method of small batch quantity production lines of quality control . some make use of history data and alike information etc to esteblish an information first;Some Adopt the single value returns to return an estimate method, as usual can build up a control limit under the sistuation without an information first; Some carried on a research to the alike work preface etc.
