基于 DEA 模型的防化装备保障方案综合评价方法

摘要:为了完善防化装备研悁制阶段的保障方案,提出一惊种基于数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)
的评价方法。采用及时性、部署性和经济性 3 类输出参数确定了保障方案的输入输出指标,构建了防化装备保障方
案的 DEA 评价模型,选恒用 Vb-DEA 作为计算工具,对 DEA 的基本模型实现求解,并对某防化装备的保障方案进行
了评价。评价结果表明,该方法为在研悁制阶段准确评价防化装备保障方案提供了一惊种可行的方法。

Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Chemical Defense Equipment Support Plan
Based on DEA Model

Abstract: A data envelopment analysis (DEA) method was developed to improve chemical defense equipment support
plan in development phase. Use 3 output parameters, such as timeliness, deploy ability and economy to confirm input and
output index of support plan, establish DEA evaluation of chemical defense equipment support plan. Use Vb-DEA as
calculation tool to realize resolving of DEA basic model and evaluate certain type chemical defense equipment support plan.
The evaluation results show that the paper provided an accurate method to evaluate the chemical defense equipment support
plan in development phase.
