试论中小企业财务管理体制的建立与完善
摘要
财务管理是中小企业的管理核心,是其在市场经济中赖以生存和发展的基础。然而随着我国经济的快速发展,中小企业的财务管理环境也随之改变。目前的中小企业的财务管理遭遇了财务管理权责不明、财务会计制度不规范、财务管理核算粗放、企业的投资和抗风险能力较弱及缺乏国家政策扶持等方面的障碍,影响了中小企业的财务管理水平的提高和企业的持续发展。当务之急,中小企业应提高财务管理人员素质、转变财务管理观念、建立规范的财务管理制度和灵活多样的融资渠道,加强政府相关政策的出台,建立全面而完善的企业财务管理制度。
