本设计为北京市某职工宿舍楼暖通、给排水设计,拟设计合理的中央空调系统。
本设计针对该医院的功能以及该地气象条件及空调、通风要求参考有关文献资料在充分考虑室内环境的舒适性、运行管理上的方便性等基础上对空调、通风系统进行系统规划、设计计算和设备选型。首先计算各房间负荷;然后,是方案的选择确定和部分设备的选择,采用风机盘管加新风系统可以满足不同功能房间的要求,根据不同使用时间段人员活动情况的不同要求进行控制;之后,对各个分区系统进行设计计算其中包括风管、水管管径的确定、水力计算、水力平衡等最后根据设计计算的结果选择各种所需的设备并且绘制风管、水管的平面图、系统图以及各种设备的大样图。
本设计的第二部分为给排水及消防设计,,室内给水系统拟采用直接给水方式。排水系统采用污、废水合流制,底层单独排放,排水立管设伸顶通气管,污水直接排向市政污水管网。消防系统为消火栓给水系统,其中消火栓系统采用水泵水箱联合供水。
