内容摘要
在线软件销售系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发这两个方面。对于这个在线软件销售系统我利用ASP编程,使用Dreamweaver作前端开发工具,ESS作后台数据库管理。前台功能模块包括:系统主界面与登录程序设计,商品查询及购买模块,客户投诉模块,用户管理设计等。后台功能模块包括:管理主界面与登录程序设计,公告信息管理模块,商品类别管理模块,商品管理模块,订单管理模块,投诉管理模块设计等。后台管理的建立,使管理员可以通过后台很容易的对商城进行管理,比如:对商品,公告和商城注册用户进行添加,删除等管理工作,还可以对客户订单以及投诉进行处理。

ONLINE SOFTWARE SALES SYSTEM DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
Abstract
The marketing system of the online software is a typical information management system (MIS), it mainly develops including the setting-up, maintenance and these two respects of the development of front application program of backstage supporter's database. I utilize ASP programming, use Dreamweaver to do the front developing instrument in marketing system of the hereto online software, use ACCESS as backstage supporter's data base administration. The function module of front desk includes: System main interface and log-in design program, item inquire and buy the module, the plains the module, user's management is designed etc.. The backstage supporter includes function module: Manage main interface and log-in and design program, the information management module of announcement, manage the module in goods classification, merchandise control module, order manage module, complain, manage module design etc.. The setting-up of back-stage management, make the administrator through backstage supporter's very easy managing store, for example: To the goods, the announcement and store registered user add, management of deleting etc., plain and deal with to customer's order.
