文档介绍:设计总说明
本设计包括两个部分:一般部分和专题部分。
一般部分为开滦矿务局林南仓矿180万吨新井设计,全篇共分为十个部分:矿井概括及井田地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力及服务年限、井田开拓、采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。
林南仓矿位于河北省唐山市境内。矿井东西长约为5150m,南北宽约为2500m,×107m2。井田内的主要可采煤层为7煤、9煤,该煤层赋存稳定,。倾角平均为26°,为缓斜厚煤层。×108吨,×108吨。矿井平均涌水量为380m3/h,相对***,属于低***矿井,煤层具有爆炸危险性,有自然发火现象。
林南仓矿年设计生产能力180万t/,服务年限58年。采用立井三水平开拓,第一水平标高-550m,第二水平标高-750m,第三水平标高-950m。矿井采用单面走向长壁综合机械化采煤法。
矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量,长度240m,煤的运输采用架线式电机车牵引3吨侧卸式矿车运输。矿井的通风方式采用中央分列式通风。
专题部分为锚杆支护理论探讨,通过对锚杆支护理论的探讨和分析,得出各理论适用性、优缺点及其相互关系,指出应根据具体围岩条件、巷道断面形状等因素选择相应的锚杆支护理论来进行支护设计与施工管理,以提高支护效果和施工效率。

Total design
This design includes two parts:General part and special subject part .
The general part is a new design of Linnancang Mine in Kailuan coal department. The whole article is divided into ten parts totally: the outline of the mine and the mine filed geology, boundary and reserves, the mine work system、 the designed productive capacity and service life , mine exploition,mine methed, transportation of underground, mine lifting, mine ventilation and safety, and the economic and technologic index of the mine.
The Linnancang mine filed lies in the Tangshan city of Hebei province. The boundary of the mine filed runs km from west to east and from north to south on average. The total area of the mine is about are tow main available seams:7#,9#, and the total thickness of the seams is . It is stable belong to fluty inclined, with the average angle 26 degree. The industry reserves of the mine filed are 162million tons and the useable reserves are 157 million tons. The average flow of the mine is from 380m3/h. It is a low gassy mine. The coal dust have explosion hazard, and the seam bustion tendency.
The productive capacity of Lingnancang mine is million tons per year, and it’s service life is 58 years. There are 3 levels in the mine. The fist development level is located at the level of -550m ,the second is –750m and the
