胺类萃取剂络合萃取富马酸及其萃取模型的研究
摘要
富马酸是一种重要的化工原料,越来越多的研究者致力于发酵法生产富马酸,但是如何高效便捷地分离富马酸是亟待解决的问题。本文以富马酸稀水溶液为研究对象,采用N235和Aliquat 336为络合剂,正辛醇、甲基异丁甲酮、四氯化碳、煤油为稀释剂,成功地筛选出三元高效混合络合萃取剂: 10% Aliquat 336(V)-40%N235(V)-50%煤油(V)。详细研究了反应时间、静置时间、富马酸初始浓度、水相pH值、温度、相比等因素对络合萃取平衡的影响。实验得到富马酸萃取工艺条件为:反应时间30分钟、静置时间10分钟、富马酸初始浓度10g/L、、温度25℃、相比1:1。同时采用红外光谱探讨了萃取剂络合萃取富马酸过程的机理,并结合斜率分析法推导出了络合萃合物的组成、分配系数与[H+]数学模型:

Studies on Extraction of Fumaric acid with Amines and its Model
Abstract
Fumaric acid is an important raw material anic chemistry, and a growing number of researchers are dedicated to the production of fumaric acid by fermentation, but how to separate fumaric acid efficiently and conveniently remains to be solved. In this article, fumaric acid was selected as solutes. N235 and Aliquat 336(with n-octanol, methyl isobutyl ketone, carbon tetrachloride and kerosene as diluents) were chosen plex agents. The ternary mixed extractants, 10% Aliquat 336-40%N235-50% kerosene (volume fraction) with high efficiency were essfully selected out. The effects of reaction time, standing time, the initial concentration of fumaric acid, the aqueous equilibrium pH value, temperature and column phase ratio on the extraction equilibrium have been systematically investigated. The optimum reaction time of extraction is 30 min, and the optimum standing time is 10 min, and the optimum column phase ratio is 1:1. With infrared spectrum, the extraction mechanism of fumaric acid has also been studied. The constitution of plex and mathematical model of distribution coefficients with [H+] was deduced using slope analysis. Mathematical equation of the model is as follow:
