在改革开放的34年中,我国经济逐渐发展壮大,民营经济成为最为活跃、发展最为迅速的经济。我国民营经济作为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,在国民经济中占据重要地位,同时,解决了我国大部分人的就业问题,可以说我国中小企业为国民经济发展作出了巨大的贡献。
河南省有众多的中小企业,无论是解决就业还是活跃城乡经济,中小企业一直在河南的经济发展中扮演着重要角色。但是河南省中小企业一直生存在“夹缝“中。河南中小企业由于受多方面因素的影响,使得企业融资困难,企业没有资金,就无法继续发展,融资困难的问题,已经成为制约河南中小企业进一步发展的“瓶颈”。
本文将对其进行研究分析。首先,本文先将对我国中小企业发展情况简要的概述,其次,通过银行贷款、外部环境及河南中小企业自身这三个层面,对河南中小企业融资难问题进行剖析,最后给出对策及建议,对河南中小企业的发展以及河南经济增长具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
In the 20 years of reform and opening up, China's economy gradually development and expansion, the private economy es the most active, most rapid development of the economy. China's private economy as a socialist market economy important part of the national economy in occupy the important position, meanwhile, solved the problem of employment, can say of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of national economy made tremendous contributions.
Many of the small and medium-sized enterprises in henan province have, whether it be solving the employment or active urban and rural economy, small and medium-sized enterprises in the economic development of henan province has been playing an important role. But small and medium-sized enterprises in henan province has been living in "pocket". Henan small and medium-sized enterprise, due to the influence of various factors, makes the enterprise financing difficulties, enterprise without money cannot continue to development, financing difficult problem, has e the main henan small and medium-sized enterprise for the further development of the “bottleneck”.
