ABSTRACT
In this paper, an engineering course delivery model, bines both distance learning and F2F learning is presented. This hybrid course delivery model is designed to enhance the efficiency of both the educator and the learner. The learner will be able to achieve high learning standard and the educator will be able to save time.
This bines voice enabled lecture delivery contents, Java applets, virtual Lab, based intelligent assessment, based voice discussion, and in-depth F2F follow-up class session. The model is very practical, economical, and efficient. The ponents of this model are the intelligent assessment process and in-dept follow-up F2F class session. With the benefit of the intelligent assessment method ponents anically tied together collaborating to produce maximum learning e. Eventually, this strategy will enable monitoring the learner’s progress and customize individual tutoring.
INTRODUCTION
The effectiveness of distance pared to F2F (face to face) learning has been an issue for a long time. There are many developments on textual contents, Flash files, Java applets, and virtual experiments. But how ponents will influence the student’s learning
