Abstract— These instructions give you guidelines for preparing papers for the Journal munication Engineering. Use this Microsoft Word document as a template. Each paper must have an abstract of between 150 to 200 words and should be of at least 8 pages. All figures and tables should be placed on top of the pages.
Index Terms— Up to five key words in alphabetical order, separated mas.

The official language of the Journal munication Engineering (JCE) is English. All articles will be electronically submitted, peer-reviewed for technical content and acceptability for publication by JCE. Papers submitted for consideration must not have been previously published. All manuscripts must be panied by the Copyright signed by the corresponding author before processing of the manuscript can begin.

The paper should be of at least 8 pages. Acceptable format for the text is Microsoft Word (word 2003). The text should be Times New Roman and typed in one column of A4 size (21 x cm) with one and a half line spacing. All margins should be set to cm.
