ABSTRACT
It would be worthwhile to say that, in this report, enough information was collected and case studies were also carried out in some of the existing bank owned by different establishment venturing into banking business considering the basic principle and conditions as well as lasting solution to the necessary requirement of the prospective customers and investors of the proposed bank and some likely problems to be encountered.
The analysis of the project in terms of human space, relationship, activities within and outside the spaces, furniture and equipment required had been thoroughly considered with the use of anthropometrics knowledge which will serve as a basic tool for the design of a standard and functional bank. In addition, this project has provided prehensive analysis of the proposed project in terms of site, design and all other considerations. Adequate care had also been given to the functional flow diagrams preparation in particular which will be a useful guide in the design and construction of the proposed project.
Finally, quite lot of facts and findings coupled with many consideration techniques had been made from varieties of professional textbooks, magazines, bulletin as well as journals.
