The following are ments for you to revise the draft manuscript for consistency with the publication guidelines provided on ASME funded web site .
The draft manuscript you provided is ready for publication once you revise the manuscript by incorporating following suggestions:
Numbering of Sections, sub-sections; this has been done by me. Please confirm that these are okay and consistent with the logic and intent of the discussions in the chapter.
Numbering of References: this has not been done and needs to be done according to the ‘Information for Submission of Drafts and Final Manuscripts_3-5-10’ posted on the web site g Please confirm what has been done by me is okay.
For all ‘ART WORK’ used in the chapter that includes Tables, Graphs, Pictures and Figures ASME stipulates the following guidelines that need to be adhered; however you are pliance with this requirement please disregard ment.
ASME mendations for Using Material from Other Sources in the Chapter" and
Reasonable text quotations from other published sources do not need formal permissions, only citation of the source.
--Figures and tables (., artwork, as opposed to text) previously published by ASME or by a government agency, only require citation of the source in the captions 
--However, figures and tables published elsewhere (not by ASME or a government agency) do require written permission from the copyright owner(s).  The copyright owner is the original source, and not necessarily the cited source (such as Wikipedia or other websites or news outlets).
