煅烧高岭土表面改性及其在EPDM中的应用

摘要通过使用两种硅烷偶联剂(A-151、A-171) 对煅烧高岭土进行表面改性,研究改性剂用量、改性温度、改性时间、助剂用量对改性效果
即活化指数的影响。通过筛选得出两种改性试验的最优结果均为:偶联剂添加量 2%,改性温度 80℃,改性时间 30min、不添加助剂乙醇,活化指数
分别可以达到 % 和 %。并将改性后的高岭土作为填料填充到 EPDM 中,效果要优于高岭土,显著增强了 EPDM 复合材料的力学性能。

Abstract The surface modifications of calcined kaolin by using two kinds of silane coupling agent (A-151, A-171) have been carried out.
The infl uences of the modifi er dosage, the modifi cation temperature, the modifi cation time and the amount of additive on the modifi cation effect (the
