摘要
企业竞争优势的建立和保持必须以可靠和高效的物流运作为保证。采取有效的物流运作模式,能够提高企业整体目标的实现程度,增强竞争实力。人们逐渐认识到能够满足顾客需求的业务流程对任何企业都是至关重要的,而物流正是在这些业务流程中起着关键的作用。由于物流产业的逐渐形成,对于第三方物流、合同物流和物流服务等理论和实践问题也受到人们的普遍关注。中小企业对中国国民经济的发展举足轻重。随着我国经济体制改革的深化和对外开放格局的扩大,中小企业在保持较快增长速度的同时,所面临的竞争环境越来越复杂,竞争程度也越来越强。各个企业之间的竞争已经体现在生产经营、市场运作的各个方面,不仅是在技术、人才上展开,同时也在物流和配送方面展开,而企业物流服务之间的竞争将会更加激烈。
本文从物流的相关理论出发,应用文献法和统计法,结合我国中小型企业发展需求,论述了现代物流的现状和发展趋势,界定了第三方物流的相关内涵,分析了第三方物流产生的理论基础,提出了第三方物流运作的特点,并对第三方物流企业基本类型的划分做了阐述。又通过对第三方物流对企业发展现状的分析,揭示了我国第三方物流企业发展中存在的问题,探讨了第三方物流的发展对我国中小企业发展的推动作用,和重要模式。最后又对第三方物流对中小型企业核心竞争力的推动作用,提出了相应的发展策略。
The Analysis of the Third Party Logistics Impact on the Development of SMEs in China
Abstract
The petitive advantage's establishment and maintains must take reliable and the highly effective physical distribution operation as the guarantee. Adopts the effective physical distribution operation pattern, can enhance the enterprise overall goal to realize the degree, the petition strength. The people realized gradually to can meet the customer need the operation flow to any enterprise is very important, but the physical distribution is precisely is playing the key role in these operation flow. As a result of the physical distribution industry's gradual formation, regarding theories and the practice question and so on third party physical distribution, contract physical distribution and delivery service also receives people's universal small and medium-sized enterprise is pivotal to China national economy's development. Along with our country economic restructuring's deepening and the opening to the outside world pattern's expansion, the small and medium-sized enterprise while maintains the quick rate of rise, faces the environment petition is getting more and plex, petition degree is also getting stronge
